Digital Product Delivery
All products sold are digital Power BI templates delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email or via your account (if applicable).
- You have 90 days from the date of purchase to download your template(s). After this period, access will expire and re-activation may require proof of purchase.
License & Usage Rights
Each purchase grants one (1) non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. You are not permitted to:
- Re-sell, re-package, or redistribute the templates in any form
- Claim the template as your own original work
- Share the template with others outside your organisation
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
Product Disclaimer
Templates are sold “as is”. While we aim for high-quality design and functionality, results may vary depending on your environment, Power BI version, or dataset structure.
- The template does not come with data integration or custom configuration services.
- Screenshots or sample data are for demonstration only.
Support & Customisation
Basic installation instructions may be included, but:
- Customisations, modifications, or troubleshooting are not included in the base price
- Additional support, consulting, or tailoring to your data will incur separate consultancy fees

Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your digital product is found to be faulty, we will work with you to remedy the issue in line with your legal entitlements.
Intellectual Property
All templates, branding, and associated content remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name]. Unauthorised use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
