Thank you for shopping with us. Please take a moment to read our Refunds and Returns Policy, which applies to all purchases made through our store.
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are treated differently to physical goods under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Once a digital product has been downloaded, you generally cannot request a refund simply because you have changed your mind, found a similar item elsewhere, or no longer want the product.
However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under ACL if the digital product you receive has a major problem. A product is considered to have a major problem if:
- It is not as described in our listing.
- It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed.
- It contains critical errors that prevent it from working as advertised.
If you believe your purchase has a major problem, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can assess your situation. If eligible, we will provide a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Important Notes
- All sales are final once the file has been downloaded. As our products are digital and downloadable, we cannot process refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchases.
- Download links remain active for 90 days. Please ensure you download and safely store your files within this timeframe.
- Any customisation or consultancy services are not included in your purchase. If you require additional support or modifications, these are available at an added consultancy fee.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share our templates, either in original or modified form. Templates are for personal or business use within your organisation only.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at support@mganalyticsconsultants.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Evidence such as screenshots or error messages if applicable.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
